    3 Ingredient Apple Spice Muffins

    These 3 ingredient apple spice muffins are soft, fluffy, and easy to make! They're a quick and delicious fall dessert or snack, and fun and simple enough to make with the kids!

    These are one of my go-to quick, sweet treats during the fall! They're so easy to make and super versatile depending on your mood! I'll eat them for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or an after-dinner dessert!

    I like to sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar or my cream cheese frosting! Anyone who's tried these muffins absolutely loves how soft and fluffy they are and is always impressed that they're only made with three ingredients!

    Ingredients

    • Eggs
    • Canned Apple Pie Filling
    • Boxed Spice Cake Mix

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.

    Step 2 - Mix: To a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the chopped apple pie filling and cake mix and combine with an electric hand mixer.

    Step 3 - Bake: Fill the muffin liners ¾ full with the muffin batter and bake on the middle rack for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar once room temperature (optional).

    Storage

    Store at room temperature or in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

    • Boxed Spice Cake Mix: one box (15.25)
