This easy granola apple crisp (with canned apples) is quick to prepare in just 10 minutes with canned apple pie filling. It's a cozy fall and Thanksgiving dessert with warming apple cinnamon flavour, soft apples, and a crunchy topping!

I've made many apple crisps, but a granola crisp is the crunchiest, crispiest and most delicious version yet! Let's be honest, the crisp is the best part of apple crisp, and if this is your first time making it with granola, I can promise it won't be your last!
Something else you'll love about this recipe is that it's made with canned apples. You'll be able to save a ton of time without the need to peel, core, and slice a bunch of apples (the worst part of making apple crisp, in my opinion)!

Notes
The cooler the butter, the easier it will be to make a crumbly crisp topping.ย
Making the crisp topping takes a little patience to form, but no more than 5 minutes! You'll know it's ready when it has a wetish paste like texture that starts to form clumps.
