    No Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

    These refreshing no bake mini banana cream pies are quick and easy to make with only 5 ingredients! They're light, fluffy, creamy, and a delicious two-bite dessert anytime of year!

    Not only are these made with 5 simple ingredients, but they require no baking time! They're great during the summer when you don't want to turn my oven on!

    Everyone I know loves these mini versions of my banana cream pie! Your friends and family will enjoy them just as much so be prepared to make extra and have no leftovers!

    Ingredients

    • Store-Bought Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts/Shells (you can also make your own using this mini graham cracker pie shells recipe but just double it!)
    • Bananas
    • Instant Vanilla Pudding
    • Milk
    • Cool Whip

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare the pie crust: Thinly slice the bananas and equally distribute them in the pie shells.

    Step 2 - Make the filling: To a large bowl, add the packet of vanilla pudding and milk and mix together until smooth. Let it thicken for a few minutes and then fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip.

    Step 3 - Assemble: Fill each pie shell ¾ full with the pie filling (on top of the banana slices) and then top each with Cool Whip. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour and top each pie with banana slices immediately before serving.

    Storage and Leftovers

    Store the banana cream pies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. These can also be stored in the fridge for up to three months.

    These easy no bake mini banana cream pies are a creamy and delicious treat that are easy to make with few ingredients!

    • Bananas: 3-4
    • Instant Vanilla Pudding: one small packet (3.4 ounces)
    • Milk: 1 and ½ cups
    • Cool Whip: 8 oz
