Description

These easy no bake mini banana cream pies are a creamy and delicious treat that are easy to make with few ingredients!


Ingredients

Units
  • Mini Graham Cracker Pie Shells: 12 (or make your own mini graham cracker shells)
  • Bananas: 3-4
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding: one small packet (3.4 ounces)
  • Milk: 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Cool Whip: 8 oz

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust: Thinly slice the bananas and equally distribute them in the pie shells.
  2. Make the filling: To a large bowl, add the packet of vanilla pudding and milk and mix together until smooth. Let it thicken for a few minutes and then fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  3. Assemble: Fill each pie shell 3/4 full with the pie filling (on top of the banana slices) and then top each with Cool Whip. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour and top each pie with banana slices immediately before serving.

Notes

It's best to wait to top the pies with banana slices right before serving as they may brown if you place them on the pies too early.
