    Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers covered tightly with tin foil or plastic wrap (once room temperature) in the fridge for up to one week. To reheat, bake in the oven uncovered at 300 degrees Fahrenheit until warm or reheat a piece on a microwave-safe plate until warm.

    Helpful Tips

    • Cover the top of the cobbler evenly with butter to ensure the all the cake mix gets cooked, otherwise there may be some dry spots.
    • Let the cobbler rest for at least an hour otherwise it may be runny when you scoop into it! It should be gooey, but not runny.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why is my cobbler runny?

If it hasn't rested long enough, it may be runny because it needs time to rest.

    How to serve cobbler?

This pecan cobbler should be served warm, and it pairs delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

What nut is a good substitute for the pecans?

Walnuts also taste delicious in the cobbler!

Loved the recipe. Turned out great. Especially fond of the typo "when it has a slight "giggle". I knew you meant jiggle but it was cute.
