- Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400 and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil and cooking spray.
- Toast: Slice the baguette in ¼ inch slices and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 3 minutes, then flip the slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper and toast for another 3 minutes.
- Layer: To each slice of baguette, top with a slice of mozzarella, half a slice of proscuitto, and a garnish of basil.
