    When I tell you that I make this recipe at least once a week, I am not lying! This dish looks fancy but it's not! It's so quick and easy to make, and it makes for stress-free weeknight dinners that my boyfriend and I love and look forward to.

    The best part? Basic ingredients! You can find the ingredients in this recipe at any grocery store! The fun part? You can always switch up the Boursin cheese flavour to one of their other flavours, like shallots and chive. The Boursin cheese does all the heavy lifting just like in this roasted Boursin cheese asparagus recipe because it's packed with delicious herbs and flavour!

    • RED PEPPER CHILI FLAKES

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Boil: Following the package instructions, cook the pasta in a large pot and reserve ยผ cup of the pasta water.
    • Mix: After straining the pasta, transfer it back to the same pot. Add the Boursin cheese and reserved pasta water and mix until fully coated. Add the lemon juice and zest, peas, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes and mix again.
    • Serve: Serve immediately with parmesan cheese as desired.

    • Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin: 1 package (150 grams)
    • Reserved Pasta Water: ยผ cup
    • Lemon Juice & Zest: from 1 lemon
    • Green Peas (fresh or frozen): 1 cup
    • Salt: ยฝ teaspoon
    • Pepper: ยผ teaspoon
    • Red Pepper Chili Flakes: ยฝ teaspoon (optional)
    • Parmesan Cheese: for serving

      Looks good. Can you tell me at what point you cook the peas, or are you putting then frozen or uncooked, fresh peas?
