Description

This creamy lemon and Boursin cheese pasta recipe is a quick and delicious one-pot recipe that's super easy to make!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Rigatoni (or prefered pasta noodle): 1 pound (450 grams)
  • Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin: 1 package (150 grams)
  • Reserved Pasta Water: 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice & Zest: from 1 lemon
  • Green Peas (fresh or frozen): 1 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red Pepper Chili Flakes: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Parmesan Cheese: for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil: Following the package instructions, cook the pasta in a large pot and reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
  2. Mix: After straining the pasta, transfer it back to the same pot. Add the Boursin cheese and reserved pasta water and mix until fully coated. Add the lemon juice and zest, peas, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes and mix again.
  3. Serve: Serve immediately with parmesan cheese as desired.
