- Sautee: To a large frying pan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the shallots and garlic and cook until the shallots are soft. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and chili flakes and add it to the pan, cooking until the shrimp is cooked (it should be firm and pink in color). Transfer the mixture to a plate and set it aside.
- Combine: Add the wine and lemon juice to the frying pan and bring them to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Transfer the shrimp (and all of the juices), parsley, and the strained penne to the pan. Mix until the pasta is fully coated, and serve it with parmesan cheese.
