Why you'll love this recipe
- Quick: Ready in three simple steps and perfect for busy hosts!
- Easy: All you need is four ingredients!
- Perfect for Sharing: A crowd-pleasing appetizer for any occasion.
- Addictive: The creamy, cheesy texture and delicious flavour is hard to resist!
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: The cream cheese makes this dip super creamy and cheesy. Ensure you're using softened/room-temperature cream cheese to combine it with other ingredients easily!
- Sour Cream: Sour cream gives the dip a slightly tangy flavour and helps loosen it up so it's not too thick, and a chip can be easily dipped into it!
- Spinach: Frozen spinach is used for colour and flavour! You'll want to consider thawing and draining it before using it to avoid a runny dip. If you're not sure how to drain it, all you need to do is transfer it to a mesh colander and push it against the mesh until drained.
- Cheddar Cheese: Cheddar cheese makes the dip cheesy and delicious!
See the recipe card below for the ingredient measurements.
