Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
- Sour Cream: 1 cup
- Frozen Spinach: 10 oz, thawed and drained
- Cheddar Cheese: 3 cups, shredded

Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and spinach together using an electric hand mixer, and then fold in 2 and 1/4 cups of cheddar cheese.

Bake: Transfer the dip to a small baking dish and top with the remaining 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes and serve with tortilla chips and/or toasted baguette slices.

Softened/room-temperature cream cheese will make it easy to mix with the other dip ingredients.
