This is one of my favourite dips to make on football Sundays and the Super Bowl! It takes no time to prepare and for just a few simple ingredients, it has incredible flavour and texture!

It's a crowd-pleasing dip for guests because you can serve it so many ways! I usually serve it with both crackers and fresh cut veggies and people love the variety.

    Ingredients

    • Store-Bought Rotisserie Chicken (baked chicken breast that's been shredded will also work)
    • Cream Cheese
    • Ranch Dressing
    • Buffalo Hot Sauce (I use Frank's Buffalo Sauce, but any brand works)
    • Cheddar Cheese

See the recipe card below for the ingredient measurements.

    Instructions

To a large bowl, add all the ingredients and combine using an electric hand mixer. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crackers and celery sticks.

Shredded rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo hot sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
Ingredients mixed together in a bowl.

    How to Serve

This dip can be served with your choice of crackers, tortilla chips, pita chips, carrots, and or celery sticks. You may also consider garnishing the dip with some sliced green onions and or blue cheese crumbles for extra flavour and tang!

You can also bake this dip and serve it warm too (this is actually the exact same recipe as my baked rotisserie buffalo chicken dip, but a cold version)!

    Storage and Leftovers

Store any leftovers covered tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Serve any leftovers cold or consider heating it up and serving it warm.

If you're feeling creative, you can also repurpose the leftovers into buffalo chicken quesadillas or pinwheels!
