    • Box of yellow cake mix

    Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350° F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Step 2 - Mix: In a large bowl, combine and mix all the ingredients together with an electric hand mixer.

    Step 3 - Bake: Scoop and roll tablespoonfuls of cookie dough and place them on the baking sheets 1 inch apart. Flatten each cookie with a fork, making a crisscross pattern, and then bake for 9-11 minutes.

    Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
