    These 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are quick and easy to make in less than 15 minutes. The best treat when you're craving something sweet and are pressed for time!

    These cookies will melt in your mouth with their buttery flavour and thin, crispy, and chewy texture. With just a few ingredients, they taste like bakery-style cookies!

    They're one of my go-to quick cookie recipes when I'm craving something sweet but don't have a lot of time to make anything! They're also great cookies during the holidays for all the peanut butter lovers!

    Ingredients

    • Creamy peanut butter (such as Kraft, but any brand works)
    • Sugar
    • Egg

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Step 2 - Mix: Combine and mix all the ingredients in a bowl with an electric hand mixer.

    Step 3 - Bake: Scoop and drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie with a fork, making a criss cross pattern, and then bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes.

    Storage

    Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months.

    Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheets so they have enough space between each other and don't overlap as they bake.

    If you prefer your cookies to be less thin, use less sugar (½ cup of sugar instead of ¾ cup).
