Description
These quick 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are thin and chewy and so delicious!
Ingredients
- Creamy Peanut Butter: 1 cup
- Sugar: 3/4 cup
- Egg: 1
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix: Combine and mix all the ingredients in a bowl with an electric hand mixer.
- Bake: Scoop and drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie with a fork, making a criss cross pattern, and then bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes.
Notes
Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheets so they have enough space between each other and don't overlap as they bake.
If you prefer your cookies to be less thin, use less sugar (1/2 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup).
Consider using a cookie scoop to ensure each cookie is the same size.
