    These tasty 3 ingredient peanut butter blossoms are the quickest and most easiest peanut butter cookies to make! For the peanut butter lovers, you're going to love these during the holidays!

    If you're thinking of making peanut butter cookies, then make these! With only 3 ingredients, these peanut butter blossoms are the quickest recipe to prep and taste amazing!

    I make a ton of cookies during the holidays, and these cookies always find a spot on my cookie trays. Peanut butter cookies during Christmas time are a must, and with only a few ingredients, they're hard to skip!

    Ingredients

    • Peanut Butter (such as Kraft creamy peanut butter)
    • Sugar
    • Egg
    • Milk Chocolate Hershey's Kisses

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350ยฐ F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Step 2 - Mix: To a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg with an electric hand mixer.

    Step 3 - Bake: Scoop tablespoons of cookie dough and toss them into a bowl of sugar to coat them (this part is optional) and then place them 1 inch apart on the baking sheets. Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes, and once baking is finished, wait 2-3 minutes before sticking a Hershey's kiss in each cookie.

    Storage

    Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or in the freezer for up to three months.

    It's important to wait a few minutes before pressing the chocolate into the cookies to ensure they don't melt into globs and keep their Hershey's Kiss structure!

    It takes a while for the chocolate to solidify after pressing them into the warm cookies, but if you put them in the fridge they will become solid quicker.
