These 3 ingredient peanut butter blossoms are easy to make and delicious during the holidays!
Ingredients
- Creamy Peanut Butter: 1 cup
- Sugar: 3/4 cup, plus more for rolling the cookies in
- Egg: 1
- Milk Chocolate Hershey's Kisses: unwrapped
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350° F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix: To a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg with an electric hand mixer.

Bake: Scoop tablespoons of cookie dough and toss them into a bowl of sugar to coat them (this part is optional) and then place them 1 inch apart on the baking sheets. Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes, and once baking is finished, wait 2-3 minutes before sticking a Hershey's kiss in each cookie.
Notes
It's important to wait a few minutes before pressing the chocolate into the cookies to ensure they don't melt into globs and keep their Hershey's Kiss structure!
It takes a while for the chocolate to solidify after pressing them into the warm cookies, but if you put them in the fridge they will become solid quicker.
