    This delicious mini graham cracker pie crust recipe is simple to make with only 2 ingredients! It's quick, easy, and so tasty with any pie filling!

    If you're looking for effortless yet tasty mini pie shells, then this recipe is for you! These are incredibly yummy and so easy to make with simple ingredients!

    I love taking full size pies like my banana cream pie and using this recipe to make the pie into individual bite size mini pies like these mini banana cream pies!

    Ingredients

    • Graham Cracker Crumbs
    • Butter

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1 - Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.

    Step 2 - Mix: To a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave. Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until fully incorporated.

    Step 3 - Bake: Evenly distribute the graham cracker mixture into each muffin liner (about 1 tablespoon each) and pack them in with the back of a spoon. Bake for 4-6 minutes until golden.

    Storage

    These can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the freezer until intended to use.

    If you don't have graham cracker crumbs, then you can also buy graham crackers and crush them in a plastic bag, in a food processor, or in a blender. 

    Graham cracker crumbs has sugar in them already, but if you'd like the pie crusts to be extra sweet, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to the recipe.
