Description

This mini graham cracker pie crust recipe is tasty with any pie filling and so simple to make!


Ingredients

Units
  • Butter: 1/4 cup
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  2. Mix: To a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave. Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until fully incorporated.

  3. Bake: Evenly distribute the graham cracker mixture into each muffin liner (about 1 tablespoon each) and pack them in with the back of a spoon. Bake for 4-6 minutes until golden. 

Notes

If you don't have graham cracker crumbs, then you can also buy graham crackers and crush them in a plastic bag, in a food processor, or in a blender

Graham cracker crumbs has sugar in them already, but if you'd like the pie crusts to be extra sweet, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to the recipe.
