Description

This is the best warm spinach artichoke jalapeno dip for big game days like the Super Bowl or a dinner party!


Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese, softened: 8 oz package
  • Sour Cream: 1 cup
  • Mayonaise: 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic Clove, pressed or finely shredded: 1 clove
  • Jalapeno, diced: 1 whole jalapeno *remove seeds if you prefer less heat
  • Canned Artichokes, drained and roughly chopped: 12 oz
  • Frozen Spinach, roughly chopped: 2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded: 1 cup
  • Tortilla Chips, Baguette, Pita Chips, etc.: for dipping

The cream cheese should be soft so that it mixes well. If it’s cold, you can soften it by placing the sealed packaged cream cheese in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. 

If the dip seems too thick, add more sour cream. 

If you don’t want the dip to be spicy, then feel free to remove the seeds from the jalapeno before dicing it.
