This 5 ingredient refried bean dip with cream cheese is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing!
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 4 oz, softened
- Sour Cream: 1 cup
- Taco Seasoning: 1 package
- Refried Beans: one 16 oz can
- Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups, shredded
*Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheight.
- Mix: Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning to a large bowl, and mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Fold in the refried beans with a rubber spatula, and then 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Transfer the dip to a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake on the middle rack uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
