Description

This 5 ingredient refried bean dip with cream cheese is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Cream Cheese: 4 oz, softened
  • Sour Cream: 1 cup
  • Taco Seasoning: 1 package
  • Refried Beans: one 16 oz can
  • Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups, shredded

*Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  1.  Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheight.
  2. Mix: Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning to a large bowl, and mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Fold in the refried beans with a rubber spatula, and then 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake: Transfer the dip to a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake on the middle rack uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
