This delicious cream cheese stuffed jalapeños with bacon recipe is super simple to make and is the perfect finger food for any gathering or event!
Ingredients
- Jalapeños (6) *Makes 12
- Cream Cheese, Softened (1 Cup)
- Garlic Powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Salt (1/4 Teaspoon)
- Pepper (1/4 Teaspoon)
- Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (1 Cup)
- Bacon Strips (12)
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat oven to 400° F or 200° C. Prepare a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with oil. Set aside. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Remove/scoop out the seeds from each jalapeño with a spoon. Set jalapeños aside.
- Assemble: In a bowl, combine and mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and grated cheese together. Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half with a spoon. Wrap each jalapeño half in 1 strip of bacon.
- Bake: Place each jalapeño on the baking sheet; bake for 20-25 minutes.
