This easy imitation crab salad recipe is quick to make, super creamy, and a crowd-pleaser!

- Imitation Crab Meat (chunks/flakes/etc.): 1 pound, roughly chopped
- Celery: 2 stalks, diced
- Fresh Dill: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Old Bay Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon (if you don't have this, use 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne, garlic, and onion powder instead)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately or chill for a couple of hours or overnight to intensify the flavour.
