Easy Butter Pecan Cake Mix Cookies

Description

These easy butter pecan cake mix cookies are soft, chewy, and so yummy!


Ingredients

Units
  • Eggs: 2
  • Vegtable Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Cake Mix: 1 box (15.25 oz)
  • Pecans: 1 cup, chopped
  • Toffee Bits: 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350° F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix: To a bowl, combine and mix the eggs, vegetable oil, and cake mix with an electric hand mixer. Fold in the pecans and toffee bites.
  3. Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough and place them on the baking sheets one inch apart from each other and bake for 9-11 minutes.

Notes

Consider toasting the pecans for a toasted nutty flavour. Just ensure they are room temperature before adding to the cookie dough/batter. 

To make perfectly shaped cookies, flip a cup upside down over the cookies and move it in circular motions until the cookies are perfectly circular.
