Description
This 3 ingredient blueberry cobbler with cake mix is easy to make and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
- Canned Blueberry Pie Filling: two 21 oz cans
- Yellow Cake Mix: one 15.25 oz box
- Butter: 1/2 cup, sliced
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Assemble the cobbler: Spread the canned blueberry pie filling in the baking dish, then evenly sprinkle on the cake mix, and then evenly distribute the slices of butter on top.
- Bake: Bake the cobbler uncovered on the middle rack for 40-50 minutes until the cake mix has dissolved and the top is golden brown. Let the cobbler rest for 5-10 minutes and then serve with vanilla ice cream, as desired.
Notes
Let the cobbler rest after baking so it has time to settle and thicken so you don't end up with a runny cobbler!
Greasing your baking dish will help avoid any sticking from the blueberries.
Evenly distribute the butter slices over the cake mix powder to ensure all the powder gets absorbed by the melted butter as it bakes.
