Description
This easy baked spinach artichoke dip with crab dip is tasty and the perfect appetizer for sharing at parties!
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
- Sour Cream: 3/4 cup
- Mayonaise: 1/4 cup
- Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Canned Artichokes: 14 oz can, drained and chopped
- Canned Chunk Crabmeat: 6 oz can, drained
- Frozen Spinach: 2 cups, chopped
- Parmesan Cheese: 1/3 cup
- Cheddar Cheese: 1/4 cup, shredded
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix: Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonaise, garlic, and salt and mix with an electric hand mixer. Fold in the artichokes, crab, and spinach, and then the parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Transfer the dip to a small baking dish and bake uncovered on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. Serve with toasted baguette slices, pumpernickel, tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables!
