Description

These roasted brussels sprouts with balsamic and bacon are simple, tasty, and a great side for Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts, chopped in quarters: 1 and 1/2 pounds
  • Olive Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Bacon, diced: 6 slices
  • Balsamic Vinegar: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Preheat the oven to 425° F and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil and cooking spray.
  2. Roast: Add the brussels sprouts to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil. Evenly distribute the coated brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bacon pieces. Bake for 30 minutes (or until crispy), flipping halfway through.
